We can all look back to her role as Mathilda in The Professional and remember that we knew Natalie Portman was destined to star in many more great films. She’s since been called “the new Audrey Hepburn” and rightly so. Her soft, beautiful features, her unstoppable theatrical abilities, and not to mention her Harvard degree set her apart from all other actresses, past and present. It is said she trained for a year to become a ballerina for the new film Black Swan. I’m going to see it today and in anticipation, I’ve put together a little feature of photographs of her, and a home she owned in Manhattan’s Charles St Building by architect Richard Meier.
