This gorgeous, open Spanish residence (which I found over at 1 Kind Design) was originally a fabric store which had fallen into disrepair, but the owners saw through the dilapidated building to envision its updated future. They were drawn to the architectural quirks and the history of the place so they called on the Barcelona firm MINIM to oversee the restoration. It was the right choice- they did a fabulous job of perserving the unique character of the structure while modernizing the space and turning it into a dream residence.
